A more structured budgeting process

With Planacy, Bauer Media Outdoor (previously known as Clear Channel) gained a more reliable and structured budgeting and forecasting process.

With Planacy, Bauer Media Outdoor (formerly Clear Channel) has left behind a time-consuming and uncertain Excel solution in favour of a more transparent and structured way of working with budgeting and forecasting.

"Planacy has provided us with the conditions for a more structured and transparent approach to budgeting and forecasting," says Björn Fröblom, FP&A at Bauer Media Outdoor.

Bauer Media Outdoor uses Planacy for account and cost budgeting across multiple dimensions together with detailed personnel budgeting, and has now also decided to implement Planacy in the other Scandinavian countries.

“The implementation was quick and efficient, and we achieved the project’s time and budget targets. This was largely thanks to the possibility of starting with a simpler base level, which we then continuously improve – for example by introducing a more detailed HR and personnel module,”
