HSB ProjektPartner previously used a budgeting and forecasting solution from Mercur. When it was time to switch systems, the choice fell on Planacy – a modern solution that was also integrated with Qlik Sense.

Budgeting and forecasting are both complex and business-critical for HSB ProjektPartner. With Planacy, they now have a flexible platform that can manage this complexity while also supporting several different budgeting processes.
The main process concerns project budgeting for new production with a driving logic for percentage of completion accounting (PoC). In addition, Planacy is also used for administrative costs and property management, which enables a higher level of detail in planning and forecasting.
