They were looking for a system that could improve their budgeting, especially staff- and project budgeting. Our partner Drake Analytics introduced them to Planacy which could offer them a more effective and value-creating solution.
Today, NIRA Dynamics use Planacy for budgeting, rolling forecasts and also parts of the operative planning. In Planacy they work with, among other things, HR- and staff budgeting, project budgeting and sales budgeting. In addition, through the integration with Qlik Sense they have a cohesive solution for analysis and reporting as well.
NIRA Dynamics perceive the system as flexible and adaptable with smooth integrations to their BI platform, with a clear hierarchy. Also, the think it’s nice to not have to bother with Excel anymore.
